AI for ADR Prediction
Inspired by a personal experience with my grandmother, who suffered an adverse drug reaction (ADR) due to two conflicting drugs, I developed an AI algorithm to predict ADRs. This project was particularly influenced by the challenge of diagnosing ADRs, especially when multiple medications are involved, a common issue in rural areas like villages in India, where doctors often prescribe several drugs due to high patient volume.
- Developed an AI model to predict ADRs from popular Western medicines, helping to reduce the risks of drug interactions and improve patient safety.
- Finalist at the TKS (The Knowledge Society) Innovate Hackathon, competing against 150+ teams internationally.
- Currently improving the ADR prediction model for better accuracy and real-world applicability. 🚧

Pharma-sci: Drug Dosage & Side Effects Prediction
Pharma-sci is a tool designed to predict drug dosage and potential side effects for different demographics by applying pharmacodynamics to understand the mechanisms of a drug. The model aims to provide researchers with insights into drug interactions and safety profiles across diverse patient populations.
- 2nd place in the Bench-Sci challenge, competing against 150+ teams internationally.
- Developed using pharmacodynamics principles to optimize drug dosages and minimize adverse side effects.
- Guided by mentor Christian Battista throughout the project.
